Please explain to me how to install, from where and where, and what is needed for this to make cocos2d-x work on Ubuntu 18.04 LTS?

I read and looked at how to do it, but it doesn’t work for me, because I really don’t understand anything there, except for cocos2d-x itself, I need to install a bunch of other programs, but it doesn’t say where and where. Talk it out!
