Playstastion 4: marriage or removable glitch?

A mysterious thing is happening with the prefix. Through HDMI, it connects to one TV (Samsung) without problems, but does not want to two others (Sharp, Samsung). TVs just do not see the prefix, they write "No signal".
But on the third TV set, everything is like clockwork.
I've already broken my head. I tried different cables, different ports, reset the curling iron settings, reflashed it, tried different resolutions - nothing helps.
Has anyone experienced this? Help plz.
PS When you enter the so-called Safe mode, the green screen starts blinking on "bad" TVs. On a "good" TV, of course, everything is normal.

Try connecting to a 4th known working TV. If it works, it's a matter of TVs, if not, it's in PSK.
