Planet network card on the isa bus, does anyone know the model?

I can not determine the model of this card, and find drivers for it. Many cards with a similar board architecture were found on the net, but the drivers did not work. If someone has come across a similar device, I will be glad to know.
Presumably the company Planet, judging by the sticker "Yes NetWare" is somehow connected with Novell products. In compatibility mode with NE-2000 does not want to work.

The issue was resolved. It is still ne2000 compatible. It was all about jumpers, by removing one it switched to jumperless mode / PnP and, lo and behold, it worked without any dancing with a tambourine. Thank you all for your help.
