Very bad.
A large temperature difference, the impossibility of air cooling (water also needs to be cooled with air), expensive delivery of servers, solar radiation, high ping.
I don't see any advantages.

Well, yes, placing a data center with servers in neutral waters would be better =)

and to the heap - the moon is rotating, all the same, ground-based infrastructure at least at seven points on earth will have to be created to communicate with the data center
