How to enable MongoDB authentication and open network access?

I tried to enable dock authentication , but it did not work as I needed. The essence of the task is this: bring the server to the network (bind_ip: 0.0.0.0) and make authentication by login and password in such a way that there would be both SuperAdmin with access to all databases, and individual users with access only to those databases that I myself appoint. All that I could master was a super admin and a regular user. The super admin sees all the database, but cannot make changes (including adding/deleting/editing users). A simple user sees only his own database, but does not see the collections inside, and there is no question of entering data at all.

You just had to properly set up the roles for users so that they can perform the actions that you need.
