Phrase match, right?

Good day, I have a question about Google advertising.
—-
Here are a few keywords for example:
- order a minivan
- order a minivan in Kiev
- order a minivan to the airport
- order a minivan price
Please tell me how correctly (better) to add these keys to Google advertising? Do I need to add everything, or can I use the phrase match "order a minivan" and the rest is not needed, or should everything be wrapped in phrase matches?

It is better to add all of them separately. It's better for statistics, for management, for relevance. You should not add only very low-frequency options, such as "order a minivan for 8 people from the airport to Rustaveli".
To wrap them in quotes or not is already a question in the approach to advertising. If you make only phrase matching of phrases, then the accuracy of advertising and relevance will be higher, but you risk losing a significant part of the audience.
Usually requests are added with a broad match modifier: "+order +minivan", "+order +minivan in +Kyiv", etc.
