PHPunit pear installation on openserver, why install failed ?

I decided to learn TDD and actually work with unit testing using PHPunit.
I read the installation doc and actually started.
I use openserver and php 5.5.4
go-pear.phar I already had it initially at:
F:\OpenServer\modules\php\PHP-5.5.4\PEAR
I go to cmd and write:
php go-pear.phar

and I get: install failed
Prompt please what is the problem?

I downloaded another version from the site, everything went well!
