PhpStorm: Why can't I add a remote interpreter to Docker?

I'm running Windows 10. I have the latest versions of PhpStorm and Docker Desktop installed (replacing the outdated Docker Toolbox). A project has been created, it has a Dockerfile, docker-compose.yml, all this is successfully launched. However, if I go to "File | Settings | Languages & Frameworks | PHP", and there I try to create a new interpreter by clicking on "..." next to "CLI Interpreter" and in the window that opens on "+" and then on "From Docker, Vagrant, VM, Remote...", I get a window like this:

and should get this:

In other words, I can't select the type of settings that matches the remote interpreter in Docker.
Tell me, please, on what it can depend?

@lamo4ok

The answer came naturally: although I had the PHP Docker extension for PhpStorm installed, it was not activated. After activation, everything went as it should.
