PHPStorm not highlighting pug inside vue file - how to fix?

The pug code itself is highlighted in a separate file, and the stylus preprocessor code in the vue template is also highlighted.
But the pug code inside the vue template is not highlighted, which is why I cannot enter the project.

What could be the reasons and how to adjust the backlight?
