Webstorm and php support or is it worth switching to phpstorm?

Webstorm does not support php, PHPstorm in turn has javascript support.
I edit php in the storm from time to time and would like to get hints or at least syntax highlighting.

1. Is there any plugin? Or is it easier to switch to phpstorm?
   
2. Are there any downsides to Front-end in phpstrom?
   
3. Are there any downsides to javascript support in phpstorm?

All the features in WebStorm are included into PhpStorm , with full-fledged support for PHP and Databases/SQL support added on top.

Compared to phpstorm and webstorm, the first one has only one minus - the price.
perhaps even front-line shnyags in the webstorm appear a little faster.
