Phpstorm not highlighting fopen, file like in notepad?

Phpstorm doesn't highlight fopen, file like in notepad. In the notepad, echo, function and fopen were highlighted in green. Here the colors are different. No background theme helps. Color Scheme-PHP tried to change all the colors, it's still fopen that doesn't change the color.
