Hello, how can I show all files in the current directory? Now they only show up when I start typing a file name and the IDE looks for a match. And it is necessary that, as I inserted the cursor in quotes, all the files appeared.

Put the cursor inside the quotes and press ctrl+space (Basic Completition)
If you check "Autopopup code completition" in the PhpStorm settings in the Editor -> General -> Completition section, then this list of files will drop out automatically immediately after typing quotes on the keyboard.
