Macbook AIR 2013 and phpstorm?

Will Macbook AIR 2013 with 4 gigs of RAM be enough for phpstorm + mamp + chrome?
I don't use anything else.
I work on an external monitor mainly, will its performance be enough to run full hd on an external monitor + the above programs?

To cut it short, I worked on a similar configuration (on Windows, but there is no difference) a couple of years ago and I had to add RAM. Minimum 8GB. I would now advise not to trifle with 8 and take 16.
When you switch to vagrant after MAMP, you will need another + 800 MB of RAM.
If at the same time you also start debugging JavaScript, then it will not be enough at all.

I think enough.
I have MBP, chrome, skype, sublime, mump, photoshop, itunes, and vk messenger are always open.
I don't notice any problems.

do you have a macbook air now? if not, then I can note that it is desirable from 8 GB.
With 4gb turtle macbooks (in my experience). Therefore, if you choose only a beech for yourself, look at 8+ GB.
