PhpStorm 2016 - after FTP uploading a file, it becomes empty, why?

I installed PhpStorm, uploaded the project to myself, changed the file and sent it to the server. But going through FTP using WinSCP and opening the file that I just changed by storm, I saw miracles - THE FILE IS EMPTY. Who knows what is wrong, how it is solved?
