phpMyAdmin Panel: Security Threat (https). How to fix?

Good day!
Switched to Nginx (PHP runs on Apache). When I go to phpMyAdmin, at the address: "ipAddres/phpmyadmin" I get: Unable to establish a secure connection. I can get into phpMyAdmin only at the address: "siteName/phpmyadmin".
Can you tell me how to set up a secure connection for the database control panel?
Thank you.

@Slash-Zn

Create a separate domain for pma and register the correct certificates for it.

Realize that valid SSL certificates are not issued for IP addresses, only for domain names.
