php to email?
Received a spam email, deleted it automatically.
The letter had a line <?php at the beginning of the letter. First thought, the spammer just made a mistake.
But now I’m sitting and thinking, maybe there is some kind of vulnerability that I don’t know about? Maybe some mail program interprets php?

The mail client can only process JavaScript, and even then, for security reasons, this should not work, but for php, a web server is needed.
So it looks like it was just a mistake.
