Guys, hello everyone! Advise an adequate, free way to recognize a voice in a text .. I rummaged through the whole Google, I didn’t find it
. On average, 300 minutes of audio will be recognized per month (that’s why Google cloud and Yandex are not suitable)

And, if you really need it, convert the entire source code to PHP...
Although, it's better and more correct to simply create an API for python calls and do everything with it.
