How to upload a Russian model to Voce?

I am using the Voce voice recognition library. According to the standard, an English model is loaded, but I need a Russian one.
I have two archives downloaded from mirrors, which are listed on the official website. File name:

cmusphinx-en-5.2.tar.gz - 150MB
zero_ru_cont_8k_v3.tar.gz - 184 MB
