Is there a large volume speech-to-text recognition application with Google engine?

Google has a good speech recognition engine in Russian and English. Recognition errors are minimal. Sometimes, instead of typing text by hand, you would like to simply dictate it to the program, and have it convert it to text as you go. In a voice search for " OK Google " you can basically only recognize about one sentence. Next comes the search. Is there any program/application (it doesn't matter on PC or mobile) that uses Google's speech recognizer to enter more text than Google's voice search allows. Sometimes it's very necessary. Printing by hand is either too lazy or circumstances do not allow and it would be easier to dictate everything.

Not quite on the topic, but there is Yandex. Dictation is just for such tasks.
