Photoshop question?

Tell me please. Faced a problem. In Photoshop CS6 32bit I open the layout for layout of the site page. In "Layers" I see layout objects - texts, pictures. In particular, SVG pictures. When I try to go inside any svg image, I get the error "Unable to edit the original smart object: because the application in which the smart object was created could not be started"

Photoshop is trying to open a vector smart object in its vector colleague - Illustrator.
Most likely, the vector elements were inserted via Ctrl + V from Illustrator, and since you don't have it installed, that's why it's an error.
If you install Illustrator, then most likely the vector from the smart object will open in Illustrator when you double-click. From there, you can export it anywhere. But it's always better to ask the designer to provide all vector svg files separately.
