Photoshop. How to really disable disk usage?
I’ll clarify right away that in the settings I checked the box on the desired disk and moved it to the very top in the list. But Photoshop stubbornly creates a bunch of files on an unwanted drive.
And now in more detail.
(C:) There is a system SSD, writing to the root of the disk is prohibited, so Photoshop cannot write to it without admin rights.
(D:) There is a 2TB file-washing HDD, Green series, correspondingly indecently slow.
(E:) There is a non-system SSD, especially for intensive work with the disk. Free about 400 gigabytes.
Checked E, unchecked all other boxes, moved E to the very top of the list. Photoshop happily uses it, while still creating a dozen files on disk D. All this is accompanied by brakes, because the disk must first be woken up ...
How to prohibit the use of disks that I have not already allowed him to use ?
