Photo in mail signature from LDAP
I really want to implement such functionality - so that a signature is automatically generated for all users _with an embedded photo from LDAP_. In fact, you first need to “grab” a photo from LDAP, then convert it to a format for mail (for example, base64). There is an automatic signature even now, but without a photo.
We use a .js file to create a signature, and Mozilla Thunderbird as a mailer.
LDAP server OpenLDAP. Accordingly, there is a jpegphoto attribute there, which can be loaded, for example, through LdapAdmin.
How to do it? Anyone have experience?

So it remains to download this picture from LDAP somehow in jpeg.
