Dear colleagues, I would like to replace the company's constantly updated internal photo archive.
Now my photos are stored in folders with the names "time-place-event-tags (photographer)". for example:

In addition to the primitiveness of searching through such a system, there is another inconvenience - the photos inside the albums are not marked in any way.
I would like to have a universal system for quickly finding the necessary photographic materials in the database.
As I understand it, the tag system, tag groups, album/collection hierarchy. In general, something strongly tied to SQL, thanks to which questions like:
- find all the photos for the last six months from "city A", with the tag "business meeting" and with the person "Ivanov A.A."
- find albums that have been uploaded to the photo bank, but have not yet been signed (the editor's approval has not passed) - find all photos in chronological order with geo
-coordinates such and such (+/1 kilometer) and dating from May 1 to May 20 of any year
In fact, it will turn out to be more complicated than at first glance, so I don’t really want to order to write from scratch. I would like to take something ready (maybe - to screw it up).
Where to look, where to look? Are there such already written systems convenient (free or paid)?
