PhoneGap, layout is not displayed correctly, how to test on android?

Good afternoon!
I develop on PhoneGap, I tested it on a PC in chrome, everything was fine. I started testing on android (4.1.1) through the PhoneGap application, all layout after the body.
How can you check what the problem is? Interested in something like chrome devtools.

I think thatвот это - подойдет.
Запускается сервер на ПК и коннектитесь к нему с андроида (надо приложение поставить с маркета). В нём - сокет-сервер.
После правки проекта и сохранения файла - изменения сразу отображаются на устройстве.
