Phonegap - How long does "cordova run android" take?

Question on Phonegap (Cordova) - how long does it take you to run "cordova run android" command?
After installing phonegap, I enter in the console:
phonegap create my-app
cd my-app
phonegap run android
After that, the process takes a VERY long time - I waited half an hour, there's no sense. What could be the problem?

Firstly, you need to add the Android platform to the created project
Secondly, check if you have Java and the Android SDK installed
$ cordova requirements
