Why after restarting Android Studio, Android device monitor does not see any devices?

I downloaded Android Studio, opened the Android device monitor - everything is in order, it sees all the devices, it shows the logs. The next day, after turning off and on the computer, the Android device monitor does not see any phones at all. Out of desperation, I reinstalled Android Studio, and everything was ok again, but the next day the situation repeated itself. What can be wrong?

Check and turn off enable USB debugging, reinstall USB driver. Check in another USB port :)
