Phone stopped working?

The phone first complained about the memory for several days. I cleaned it (there were about 250 megabytes of memory free, I have less than 4 gigs on my phone, so I freed it up normally). Everything was fine, only sometimes it popped up, the memory is full, free up space; when I watched YouTube or called. Today, programs started to crash abruptly, first google play services, and then sms, etc., as a result, the phone started to turn off, pulled out the battery, unsuccessfully, the phone either worked for 10 seconds and turned off, then it worked for a minute with a locked screen, but as soon as I turned on the music, it turned off again. Now it works, but the programs continue to crash, what could be the reason for this, how to solve it?
PS Sorry for the bad description of the problem, I'm not an expert

If, after cleaning, 250 MB of 4 GB of RAM remain, then this is critically small for the phone to function. It is necessary that at least 25% of the RAM remain. There are too many different programs installed. These programs run in the background and clog memory. Save your data and contacts, do a factory reset and do not install various junk on your phone.
