PGP Desktop 10.2 encryption process does not start. What to do?

Good day!
There was such problem with PGP Desktop 10.2. Need to crypt laptops Dell Inspiron 15 (3542). There are 4 laptops with Windows 7 Ultimate installed. On one, everything went well, on the other three, when you click on the "Encrypt" button, the process seems to be read, but it immediately pauses, if you click "continue", but the button is pressed, but the pause still remains. There is such a nuance - on three laptops where the process pauses, bios was reset to standard settings. Most likely the problem lies somewhere here, but the fact is that then on one of the laptops exactly the same BIOS settings were set as on the laptop where everything went well, but alas, the problem remained.
Please help, tell me where to dig, what parameter in the bios can interfere with the encryption process?
Thanks in advance!

@vilgeforce

No BIOS setting can interfere with file encryption.

Do they have TPM? Does the condition match? (if any, controlled from bios)
