Pfsense and pptp clients to same external server?

There is a freshly configured PFSense 2.4.4 - WAN PPPOE, DHCP.
The user connects to the vpn-server (on Windows) of the customer - everything works correctly.
But the second user cannot connect to this vpn.
How can I get around the problem?

So far I have solved the issue using L2TP clients. Fortunately, there was such an opportunity on the remote server.
