Permissions between Win7 and Win10?

Greetings.
There are two computers, work and home server.
Both were running Win7 Ultimate x64 en. On the server, many accesses were configured for the working computer, which worked fine without any troubles.
Updated the server to Windows 10 (Pro) and strange things started happening.
When trying to access the server from a working computer from under the administrator :
- there is no access to some folders.
- there is access via RDC.
- there is no access to some sections in Computer Management: for example, it does not allow access to shares, but it allows access to users.
From under the user everything works as before.
Any ideas?
Upd: Edited the registry as described here ( 951016 ) - did not help.

@DoVs

In general, the issue was "resolved", the problem was not at all in network access, but in direct, systemic access.
In Windows 10, if you give rights to a folder to the Administrators group, then no administrator will have any rights. It must be given to a specific user-admin.
