Permanent driver update for Atheros AR8121/AR8113/AR8114 network card in win7

Good afternoon dear community.
There was such a problem on an Asus X5DIJ laptop with Win7 installed, at each boot, the drivers for the Atheros AR8121/AR8113/AR8114 network card are updated. And sometimes this update is successful and sometimes not. I downloaded drivers from the official site, I also downloaded from windows update, the effect is the same. Tell me in which direction to look, where could be the problem?

How does the driver version change?
If there is a suspicion that there is a conflict between two update systems: one is native windows update, and the second one is supplied with a laptop.

There was a problem with a looped update (GFWL), solved by troubleshooting.

There was the same problem on ASUS K40IJ and it was with the Atheros AR8121/AR8113/AR8114 network card.
The problem is in the network card. Each time it boots, its MAC address changes, so the OS recognizes it as a new device.
The problem is solved in two ways:
1. Take it to the SC under warranty.
2. Flash eeprom on the network card.
My laptop's warranty is over, but I could not find the firmware for this card on the Internet.
