Ctrl+Shift+S doesn't work ( Doesn't save screenshot ) How to fix?

When you press Ctrl + Shift + S A menu opens where you can select the screenshot form, whatever I didn’t choose, after cutting the fragment, the “screenshot” was not saved to the clipboard, It used to work, When you just press PrtSC (Note), everything is perfectly saved and you can keep doing your thing.
