Performance and lots of colliders?
I want to make an interactive map of Russia, and it only comes to my mind if I add a map to the scene, and then draw borders with a special collider. The result should be 100 colliders. Will this somehow affect the performance of the game if there is nothing else besides a bunch of colliders. No graphics, no special effects. Or can it be done in some other way?

You did not specify the platform - and this is important.
But in general, from a hundred colliders, which, as I understand it, will detect ONLY clicks and will not interact physically, nothing will happen.
But I wouldn't do that at all. You can try to use some kind of click map (color) and determine it already.
