How to cut an object in unity?

Hello!
Is there a relatively "easy" way to cut an object in half using unity code? maybe through a mesh or something else.

(I didn’t find any free assets, and spending $ just for myself to find out what it is and what it is eaten with, there is no great desire. Assets there, by the way, are not the cheapest)

Opened the first project in the unity from github (request unity mesh cutter). Works great, even at runtime.
