DKIM and SPF records are created automatically only if you use DNS from yandex.
And they only work if your mail is sent via yandex.
If you want to use a third-party DNS, then you need to copy records with the TXT type there (you can view them by clicking "DNS editor" in pdd.yandex.ru).
If you want to send mail from another server directly, then you will have to get a little confused to get the private key ( https://tech.yandex.ru/pdd/doc/reference/dkim-stat... ) and configure the DKIM signature on your server. It's easier to send mail through yandex.
