PCI-e 1X which is better on a slow bus, RX 570 or GTX 1060?

Good time of the day. There is a computer with a mini PCI-e output. integrated intel hd 4600 processor graphics is not enough. Which graphics card will perform better on a slow pci-e 1x bus? According to articles from the network, it is known that with such a connection, 15 - 25% of the performance of the video card is lost.

I'm not an expert in video cards, but the choice fell on the rx 570 and gtx 1060.
Aimed at the secondary market (used). Processor i5-4460T 2.6 GHz 4 cores, 4 threads. I do not want space performance from such a pair, but it should allow it to become playable for many games.

It seems that not all vidyahi want to work on the x1 bus.
well, about performance... for example, here's a test https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OjoCEw6jtpc
and more junk www.thg.ru/graphic/pci_express_2_scaling/pci_expre...
Taking into account that this is a dead nettop, most likely the FPS will rest on the processor, and not on the pci-e bus.
So it's probably worth evaluating which games can be played with this processor and choosing a vidyuhi that will match the processor.
RX 570 is more or less suitable, but 1060 is clearly redundant.

1060 is faster than 570
The conclusion is obvious

And is it worth it? Are you going to play on 1x pci-e then? It may be easier to save a beech on the secondary and assemble a PC, it will be many times more profitable
