Which one-time programmable memory should be used for the backup in the device?

Good day!
In the device being created, it is necessary to provide a “black box” function: all transmitted data must be duplicated locally without the possibility of modification and deletion.
STM32 based device.
From what I found and liked - Sandisk WORM and Toshiba Write Once. But it is problematic to buy them in Ukraine.
What other options do you recommend?

If there is physical access to the device, all protection methods do not make sense.
If Sandisk WORM is suitable, then approximately the same effect can be achieved by locking and breaking off the write key on a regular SD card
. The write key disables one of the legs of the SD card, potentially write protection can be achieved with adhesive tape.

You can make your own version of the same WORM if it is difficult to buy it. Attach a nand flash drive to the stm-ke and write only those sectors that have not been previously recorded.
If the volumes were smaller, one could look at truly single-use memory, for example, Atmel
