PC freezes in games for a few seconds, what should I do?

Recently I encountered such a problem, in games the PC sometimes freezes for 2-3 seconds and no matter where. In the crystal disk, I checked the ssd and hdd for problems, there is not a single broken sector, I checked for viruses, nothing either. The power supply is set to high performance. There are no problems with temperatures.

MB : Msi B450m Mortar Max
Ram : 2x8 Corsair Vengeance 3200 Mhz
Gpu : Zotac Gtx 1060 3gb
Psu : Chiftec 850w nitro
SSD : Nvme pcie 3.0/4.0 Sillicon power 256 gb
HDD : 2WD Blue 1Tb

For starters, restart your computer.
If it does not help, then look for the culprit in the processes. It could be the antivirus itself.
