PC does not start. What is the problem?

This morning, for no apparent reason, the computer stopped turning on. All disks were identified, everything is normal. BIOS-AMI. Not a single sound from the speaker. I blame the processor. Here is a video for completeness. What could be the problem? Thanks in advance!

Reboot Windows or reinstall whatever you see fit. The problem is not in the hardware.

The processor is out of business here, it's an ordinary Windows. Glaze again.

Can you pull out the flash drive? For example, if a flash drive is selected as the first boot device, and there is no bootloader on it. Or try to manually select the drive you want to boot from.
