PC does not see usbasp programmer?

I soldered it to the atmega, installed the drivers, 2 new items appear in the device manager when I insert the programmer into usb: "HID -compatible device specified by the vendor" and "USB input device", the LED on the programmer is on, but neither xtreme burner nor avrdude sees the programmer

It looks like a burnt programmer was slipped in, it is defined only as a hid device and does not work with extreme burner and avrdude. For its work you need to download progisp 1.72
