PC case in another room, work through the terminal, will there be any brakes?
Good day to all!
Freelancer, I spend a lot of time in a room with two not the quietest PCs.
By evening, the head is buzzing.
At the last apartment, I solved the issue by moving the system units to the next room - a hole in the wall, put a monitor cable through it, a usb extension cable, connected a mouse and keyboard to it and was very happy :)
In the new apartment there is no way to place the cases through the wall, only after two and the distance is good. Question: Is it possible to connect a monitor, mouse, keyboard, sound via ethernet.
So far I see it like this: two blocks are in another room, they are connected to a nettop (silent) via a cord. A monitor, mouse, keyboard, PC, sound are connected to the nettop.
The following is of concern: with such a scheme, I think there will be tangible lags when working with a browser, office, photoshop, etc. should not be or not right?
Is it realistic to play some kind of action (toy)? Or brakes tormented?

Comfortable work on RDP is quite possible to achieve. But games, movies, music are not for this occasion. Another very good option (I myself am a fan of silence) is to assemble a quiet computer.
