The server is always running, photoshop, programming, several programs are running.
In the future, additional purchase of another 24 GB of RAM.
Video card selected by price and reviews.
There is a cheaper motherboard, but the style of the computer is in red, which is why this motherboard.

You want 32 GB of memory and take such a weak processor. You need to take at least the latest generation i5 and, in addition, ssd, otherwise there will be no significant increase in performance
