PC assembly. Is it the right choice?

Not a gamer, but sometimes I want to play. I would like gat v, gat iv, watch dogs.
The budget is not big. Please advise!
Processor: Intel Core i3-4160 Haswell (3600MHz, LGA1150, L3 3072Kb)
Video card: MSI GeForce GTX 750 Ti 1085Mhz PCI-E 2GB or
MSI GeForce GTX 960 1241Mhz PCI-E 3.0 2gb
Motherboard: ASUS B85M-G
PSU: AeroCool Kcas 600W
Ram: Kingston HX316C10F*/8
Cooler: Deepcool GAMMAXX 400
Hdd: Western Digital blue 1 Tb

1. Look better for R9 280X, the performance is like that of 960 (even higher), but it costs like 750. But you need to watch and test very carefully, miners drove these video cards both in the tail and in the mane.
2. Add SSD. You can turn gray while waiting for the game to load on a regular HDD.
3. Well, in a month or two, buy another 8GB of memory.

1. less than 4gb of video memory for modern games - pain and humiliation. 6gb is better, but 4 is the real minimum.
2. Blue series WD imho unreliable. Red 3 is better . As nfire
correctly wrote - 16 gb of RAM is an objective minimum now.

I recommend taking into account the period for which the computer is bought and taking the PSU with a margin.
20% per year.
it will probably please your next video card...
well, a high-quality PSU is always good....
but the boxed cooler from Intel is enough for me.
