Processor: Haswell Refresh generation
Motherboard: Haswell chipset, Haswell Refresh may require a BIOS update to work (probably will), this requires any Haswell processor. In order not to suffer with this problem, it is better to buy a 90 series chipest, for example H97. The difference between the 90 and 80 series of chipsets is in the support of PCI-e SSD, otherwise they are identical, if you take a PCI-e SSD, then it is better to take the mother of the 90 series.
RAM : if you surf the Internet and play at the same time, then it’s better to think about the second bar as soon as possible, there used to be a compatibility problem (8 years ago), but now everything seems to start up fine, but it’s better to immediately take 2 bars as a set.
Hard drive : You can read about hard drives
here: If you plan to play in FullHD, then 2GB is enough, 4k is only available for a lot of money so far, so if the 2GB version of the video is cheaper, it's better to take it. With the exception of working in 3D editors, they eat video memory in any available quantities.
Power supply : If there is no 2nd video card, you can take a certified 80 Plus for 500 watts, such a system even with a margin for a couple of hard drives.
P.S. An SSD only improves download speed.
