We have alcatel atska installed, everything worked fine and works, except for the call to 5 digit numbers. The call is on, the subscriber does not hear (us) alcatel, although the interlocutors are very well heard.
I tried to search in the settings, but I did not find anything similar.
Maybe someone came across a similar one?

Telepaths on vacation, where are the details? 5 digit numbers local or remote? What are the lines? If sip then in which network subscribers of 5 digit numbers and automatic telephone exchanges sit. In general, without a complete picture, no one will tell you for sure.
