How to organize your cloud PBX?
Problem.
Over time, a ton of spam and calls begin to come to the mobile number. Please do not offer games with several phones or SIM cards. I want to organize a PBX for the family in the cloud where there will be first of all control of incoming calls.
The following picture appears.
Outward look 2 numbers (my and spouses) when entering on which my or spouses phone respectively starts ringing. Same with SMS.
It is not clear how in the case of outgoing.
A log of all calls, the ability to turn on the "do not disturb" mode, an answering machine, a conversation record, etc.

What you write about can be fully realized only with the help of the "Cloud PBX" service of your operator. Typically, this service is offered only to legal entities.
It will be somewhat more expensive to implement it on your own, because. forwarded calls are significantly more expensive.
