PayPal transfers funds from a corporate account to personal. Is reporting required?
Good afternoon.
There is a corporate PayPal on which I receive payment for services from abroad in dollars. I can receive and withdraw without problems, I pay taxes from the funds received on PayPal, but the question is:
Can I make transfers from a corporate account to personal accounts abroad (in Europe and the States) and will the tax authorities have any questions? I ask because it is recommended to make such transfers from the current account of a legal entity in a Russian bank only to your personal account of a physicist. If you transfer to third parties, then the tax office will start asking questions, because. this can be regarded as paying a salary without paying taxes or paying for services or goods without documents (and therefore without paying taxes by the seller).
PayPal itself could not answer such a question. In the first letter, I was told that transfers to personal accounts cannot be made. In the second, what is still possible. When talking on the phone, they told me that I wouldn’t be able to translate at all and I would get an error, but what was the operator’s surprise when I translated while staying on the line, but I never received a specific answer.
Thanks in advance.
