PayPal money back for a freelancer, how can a customer arrange a refund?
The people are in a situation.
Worked with one savvy client from Eastern Europe. We agreed that I would complete the order for a certain amount and I would be paid via PayPal. The order was hardly fulfilled, since the work turned out to be 3 times more, during the development the customer constantly threw up new requirements. I somehow convinced him that the main part of the work was done, and I would do the rest of his new Wishlist for a fee. He transferred the bulk of the payment to me. I successfully withdrew funds from PayPal, after which I wrote (politely) to the customer that I would no longer work with him.
The customer is now threatening me that he will open disputes in PayPal and arrange money back.
Payment was made through the invoice I provided. Two weeks passed.
Question. Can PayPal go bourgeois to a meeting? There are no funds on the PayPal account, but there are linked cards.
UPD:
Answer from PayPal from the dispute.
After further review of your complaint from user erik****, we have determined that the issue described, or the goods or services associated with this transaction, are not covered by PayPal's Buyer Protection Program. In this regard, the case was closed, the decision was made in your favor.
Thanks PayPal :)
