In which country is it quick and inexpensive to open a company with a Paypal corporate account?

In connection with the closure of Paypal in Russia, what should I do?
Idea: open a company in Georgia or Armenia with a corporate Paypal account.
Worked as a self-employed, small turnover.

Who knows for sure whether this is real in Georgia now?
In Armenia, there seems to be no such possibility (to open a corporate Paypal)? Or is there?

Maybe someone else has ideas how to accept payments on Paypal?

It doesn't work cheap.

In Southeast Asia, PayPal pushed through a feature called Know Your Customer - like Know Who You Work With - so you can't just open an account - you need to show the registration documents of a live company.
You are a little late with corp. acc tied to a stick.
PS: why paypal?
