Is there a donate service that allows you to anonymously accept donations (Secure Donations)?

Hello, I need an English-language (international) service through which one could anonymously accept donations, which supports PayPal, Skrill, bank cards and withdrawal to the same bank cards or WebMoney.
Ideally, I see it like this: the user clicks on the Donate link, sends money to my account in the system (while the system does not display the name to which the money is being transferred);
when necessary, I withdraw this money to my accounts.
Please tell me if such a service exists, or how can this idea be implemented?

It depends on what you need it for ... but, by the way, why Yandex is not suitable? There is such an opportunity in Yandex Money, though not anonymously, but what prevents you from creating an empty one without using your data?
My answer is Yandex.
PS "Yandex money" is already a system similar to PayPal, and they have problems with money transfers.

yshostov, thanks for the answer, but the main problem is that the audience of my projects has probably never even heard of Yandex.Money :) First of all, we need support for Bank Cards and PayPal.
Mike77, Bitcoin is self-evident, just again, at most 15% of my audience has coins.
